Send a message

Sending a question or asking about a consultation

You do not need to be a client to ask. Questions about a specific routine, a food choice, or something you read on the site are all welcome. The more detail you include, the more useful the reply, so mention your usual meals, sleep pattern, and what you have already tried. A consultation is a conversation about your week followed by written suggestions, so say whether you want one or just an answer.

Please do not send medical records or test results, as we cannot interpret them. If your situation is outside nutrition and lifestyle guidance, we will tell you rather than book you in.

Please leave out medical records and test results. We cannot interpret them, and we would rather not store them.

Email and response times

If you would rather not use the form, write to us directly and mention whether you want an answer or a consultation.

We reply to most messages within two working days.

If your question is urgent or concerns a symptom that worries you, contact your GP or NHS 111 rather than waiting for our reply.

Before you write

What to include in your message

A short message is fine, but a few details make the reply worth reading. You can copy the points below into your email or into the form field.

  • Your main question

One or two sentences is plenty. Tell us what you would like to understand better.

  • What you eat and when you sleep

A rough picture of your usual meals, and roughly when you go to bed and wake up.

  • Anything you have already tried

If a change to your routine did not help, that is useful to know and saves time.

  • Answer or consultation

Say which one you want, so we can reply in the right format from the start.

Honest boundaries

The limits of what we can answer

This is a nutrition and lifestyle practice. We read questions carefully and answer within that scope, and we say so plainly when a question belongs elsewhere.

For anything clinical, your GP is the right first contact, and we are glad to work alongside that advice.

Where our answers stop

  • We cannot diagnose conditions or tell you what a set of symptoms means.

  • We cannot interpret blood tests or other results you send in.

  • We cannot advise on medication, doses, or changes to a prescription.

  • We cannot provide emergency help. In an emergency, call 999.

  • We will not recommend supplements you can buy from us, because we do not sell any.

Common questions

Before you send your message

Do I need to be a client to ask a question?

No. Questions about a routine, a food choice, or something you read on the site are welcome whether or not you have booked anything. If a long answer would be more useful than a short one, we will suggest a consultation instead of writing an essay in an email.

What happens in a consultation?

It is a conversation about your week — meals, sleep, energy through the day, and what you have already tried — followed by written suggestions you can keep. Ask about availability and format in the form and mention roughly what you would like help with. Consultations are held online unless arranged otherwise.

How quickly will I hear back?

Most messages get a reply within two working days. Messages sent at the weekend are read on the next working day. If a question is urgent or concerns a symptom that worries you, contact your GP or NHS 111 rather than waiting for our reply.

Should I send my test results or medical records?

Please do not. We cannot interpret them, and keeping clinical documents is not something this practice does. Describe in ordinary words how you have been feeling and what your days look like instead — that is the material we can actually work with.

Do you sell supplements or products?

No. The practice gives guidance and does not sell supplements, so nothing you read here is tied to a product we would like you to buy. If something is genuinely missing from your diet, the suggestion will be food-first and practical.

Next step

Send your question, or read the guidance first

If you are not sure whether your question fits, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly. If you would rather look through the material before writing, the guidance pages cover everyday eating, sleep quality, fatigue and longer-term habits in plain language.
